Pure Shea Store Policy
ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once you complete and ask us to process your order, you agree to all of the terms outlined in the Pure Shea Store Order Policy (pureshea.com).

PRIVACY

We understand your Privacy concerns. We believe in the importance of protecting your privacy and your credit card information. Please take a few minutes to read the following policy so that you understand how we treat your personal information. As we continuously improve and expand our services, this policy might change. PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION.

We store the information you provide to us and the information we collect electronically in our databases. We own, maintain and operate the computer servers containing our databases. Firewalls and security gatekeepers control access to our computers. To maintain this protection, we caution you not to provide your password to anyone. We do not give your password to anyone. We recommend that, if you share your computer with other people, you close your browser window when you finish your session. Signing off will protect your information if you share a computer with someone else or use a computer in a public place like a library. When you enter your username and password, we retrieve your saved information to make processing your order fast and easy.

CANCELLATIONS FOR ORDERS

Any order cancelled prior to delivery will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Credits for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days of the time we receive a cancellation request.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

PureShea.com makes a strong effort to maintain every item is in stock and available upon request. Sometimes we run short of some item(s) in stock at the time of order. We do guarantee that we will do everything we can to fill your order quickly and completely.

BACK ORDERS

We strive very hard to ensure that we maintain adequate inventory levels. However, often due to the unexpected demand for a particular item(s), we may be temporarily "out of stock." In this case, please tell us how to handle your order at orders@pureshea.com

RETURNS

Any returns must be made within 48 hours of the order delivery date and time. All returns must be unopened, unused, unmixed or tampered with in anyway. Send products in their entirety in the original box. Enclose your invoice and a short letter noting the reason for the return. If the item is returned without damage, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less the restocking fee and shipping / handling costs. We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (20%) on return items. Failure to do so will void any claims made by you. We will do our best to ship to you as soon as possible whatever was damaged in transit; however, we cannot replace damaged items using air services. We will not, under any circumstances, accept damaged item reports after 48 hours have passed.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If the carrier delivers a box to you which is visibly damaged, crushed, or wet, please refuse it. Damaged items must be reported to orders@PureShea.com within 48 hours of the delivery. Failure to do so will void any claims made by you. We will do our best to ship to you as soon as possible whatever was damaged in transit; however, we cannot replace damaged items using air services. We will not, under any circumstances, accept damage item reports once the 48 hours after 48 hours have passed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING RATES IN THE UNITED STATES Note: Charges on some merchandise may be greater than listed due to weight and shipping dimensions. We will attempt to ship at the best rate possible and notify you of any cost adjustments prior to shipping.

SHIPPING CHARGES OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES Please note that shipping time may be longer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND REROUTED SHIPMENTS

If an order ships to the wrong address because of customer error, we may be able to have FedEx reroute the shipment; there will be a charge of at least $5 for a rerouted shipment based on carrier charges and this will be passed on to the customer. If FedEx is not able to reroute the shipment and you still want the order, we'll have to wait for the original package to arrive at our warehouse, affix a correct label and charge new shipping and handling which may include the FedEx charges for the carrier to return the package to us.

To avoid shipping delays or returned shipments, please review all the information entered on the order form and then review the order confirmation you receive via email shortly after you place the order. Any corrections should be emailed to us immediately at orders@pureshea.com. Our system retains your shipping/billing information; this information is not shared with anyone outside of Pureshea.com or its parent company.

SALES TAX
Maryland residents only: 6% sales tax will be added to your order. We hate taxes, but itÂ’s the law.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.

WEB SITE SHOPPING
The Pureshea.com website is designed to give you fast service, fill your order quickly and completely. Our typical shipping turn around time is 72 hours (3 business days) from the time the order is received. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

CHECK POLICY
Your order will be prepared upon receipt and shipped as soon as your check is processed (approximately 3-5 business days.)
