Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pure Shea Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return any unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. How To Send a Return/Exchange
Step 1: RETURNS ONLY: Please place purchased items that you are wanting to return for a refund, please place item in shipping packaging of your choice. EXCHANGES ONLY: If you are wanting to exchange the item due to defect, please email pictures of the defected item to orders@pureshea.com.
Step 2: RETURNS ONLY: Using a shipping method of your choice, please send the package to 201 N Forest Ave Suite 225 Independence, MO 64050. Please email the tracking number to orders@pureshea.com. EXCHANGES ONLY: Skip to step 3.

Step 3: Once the package or pictures are received by Pure Shea, a staff member will send a confirmation via email (orders@pureshea.com).

Step 4: A refund will be initiated, or an exchange will be started.

Step 5: Staff will reach out via email (orders@pureshea.com) to inform you that your refund or exchanged product is on the way. Important details, including but not limited, to dates and tracking numbers will be inside of the email.
